To avoid any unexpected surprises, we conduct an insurance verification process at the very beginning of our time together. This ensures that you understand what your insurance policy will cover and how much treatment will cost.
Readiness Assessment
We want to ensure that you're the right fit for the Keys program. That's why we conduct a readiness assessment which matches you with the right program for your needs. If we find that you would do better elsewhere, we'll make a referral.
Admissions Interview
The final step in the process is a comprehensive admissions interview where we ask you for the complete history of your behavioral health challenges, as well as explore your goals for your recovery. This will help guide our personalized treatment plan.
